G&M has over 30 years experience providing support services to both municipal and private landfills. Our project experience has touched on a wide array of waste management issues such as:
G&M is presently responsible for conducting annual monitoring programs and reporting for approximately 20 landfill sites in southern Ontario. Each landfill report is developed to meet both the client’s needs and regulatory requirements of the site and includes an assessment of current groundwater quality, groundwater quality trends, and compliance.
G&M prepares Plans of Development and Operations to support Certificate of Approval applications and future phases of Landfill Development. These plans have been approved by the MOE and provided over 1,000,000 m3 of landfill capacity.
G&M brings over 25 years experience in the waste management industry to the completion of Waste Management Studies and Waste Recycling Strategies. We have provided studies that include a review of current waste management activities, evaluation of alternative options, and recommendations for future options based on the project specific parameters, public, and client input.
