G&M has been involved in the design and construction of a wide range of residential and industrial subdivisions in both urban and rural settings. With the use of state of the art surveying, design and modelling software, G&M staff provides a full range of services throughout the planning, design and construction phases of subdivision development.

Recent Projects

South Ridge Subdivision, Township of Centre Wellington

A 25 acre, former agricultural site, was developed into a residential subdivision. G&M were responsible for the design and contract administration of site grading, sanitary sewers, a sanitary pumping station, storm sewers, watermains and urban streetscape with curbs and gutters.

Cityview Heights / Bolzon Subdivisions, City of Guelph

G&M documented site servicing and stormwater management requirements for this development in Guelph. Design and construction of the watermains, sanitary sewers, stormwater management system and the streetscape is ongoing.

Pine Ridge Residential Subdivision, City of Guelph

G&M completed the preliminary and detailed design to develop approximately 200 acres of former agricultural land into a 600 lot residential development. Design included area grading, municipal site services, sanitary sewage pumping station and forcemain, trunk sanitary sewer and stormwater management greenway system.

Silvercreek Meadows Subdivision, Town of Erin

G&M completed the preliminary design of a stormwater management system for a rural subdivision in Ballinafad consisting of 24 1-acre lots. The stormwater management system involves a treatment train, including rear yard drywell structures, grassed roadside ditches and two multi-cell extended detention stormwater management facilities to provide enhanced water quality control treatment and to control flows prior to discharging to the downstream wetland.
